Step 1: Identify your writing level.

To identify your writing level, you need to know two things: How much you already know, and how much you want to write.

Select your points for what you know, and add them to your points for how much you want this.

Then scroll down to find out what I have available that will work for you.

What you know

Points

How much you want this

Points

Beginner

Have started writing stories, have not yet finished anything. Write infrequently, or sporadically.

1

Curious

You like the idea of writing, but you’re not sure if you’ll actually like the work. You’re getting your toes wet.

1

Intermediate

Have written some stories to completion, may be submitting to commercial markets but have not yet sold anything. Or may be self-pubbing, but are earning less than $1000/month from your writing. Write regularly on a schedule.

2

Determined

You know you enjoy sitting down and writing, and you know you want to get better at it. You’re not yet sure if it’s going to be the way you want to earn a living. It could simply be a hobby that pays.

2

Advanced

Finishing 33% or more of the projects you start, are selling your work and making enough to report on your taxes, or are self-pubbing and earning more than $1000 a month. Write daily.

3

Dedicated

This is it. You’ve found your passion, and now all you want it to become as good as you can as quickly as possible, because you have stories to tell and the clock is ticking.
